Whether you're in pain due to your aching skin, feeling depressed over the endless flare ups, tired of "band-aid" prescriptions from various health practitioners, embarrassed to show your skin, or trying to understand what causes flare ups and periods of remission - there is no doubt that living with psoriasis is a difficult path to walk.
As a psoriasis sufferer myself, I know exactly how miserable this autoimmune disease can make you feel.
The truth is that even though other health practitioners would like to do more than just offer medications that mask the symptoms instead of dealing with the root problems - they don't know how.
This is what makes me different - I know how to help you.
My personal health journey of healing my own psoriasis has been a long and winding path, but along the way I learned an incredible wealth of techniques, strategies, and coping mechanisms to reduce psoriasis.
I went from having 5 chronic, painful patches of psoriasis plus various flare ups all over my body, to now having ZERO chronic patches and only the occasional flare up - and I always know a flare up is coming BEFORE it happens!
At the heart of what I learned is that the way to heal your psoriasis lies in healing your intestinal tract, which in turn heals your immune system. As I always say, don't forget that the body is connected to itself!
However, this type of healing is a process, not an overnight cure - and also works towards improving other areas such as the functioning of your liver, adrenal glands, and nervous system; plus can improve brain and joint health, while also promoting hormonal balance. Additional health concerns may become apparent, such as concurrent infections.
This may sound overwhelming - probably because it is! That's where I come in.
As a health care practitioner who has healed their own psoriasis from within, my passion is to be your guide towards a better life.
A life with LESS pain, embarrassment, shame, depression, medications - plus MORE health, knowledge, and tools to live in peace with your psoriasis.
